We're carrying out a scheduled update to the technology that sits behind our non-production ops portals. This is a required change as we move away from an older component that is being retired.

What this means for you:

- You may experience a short interruption when accessing the non-production ops portals while the update takes place.
- This is a possibility rather than a certainty. It's quite possible that the work will go through with no noticeable impact at all.
- Production systems are not affected by this work.

If you do notice the portals are unavailable, there is no action needed on your side. Access will be restored as soon as the update completes, and you can simply try again shortly afterwards.
